This is not the first time Javid Basharat has silenced his opponent with his fighting performance. The Afghani bantamweight was also called a terrorist by one of his earlier opponents against whom he earned a submission victory.
Basharat has successfully extended his undefeated streak and is now 14-0. Since his debut in March 2022, the fighter has gone 3-0 in the UFC octagon. His last three wins have come via unanimous decision. Basharat will be now looking to face a top 15 contender from the stacked division.
